We got our lovely “Galette des Rois” (Cake of the Kings) today for the feast of the Epiphany. I’ve been celebrating the Epiphany in this way since my days of living in Paris and have been so happy to pass this tradition on to the girls. They look forward to it every year and we seem have quite a few patisseries in New York who make these now. We got ours from Maison Kayser on Bleecker Street this year.
